This beautiful contemporary space is a classy bachelor pad styled in perfect hues of grey and statement furniture pieces. The flooring is overlaid with a chestnut brown vinyl, giving the entire home a nice warm glow amidst the dark furnishings. We also installed a false ceiling for the entire unit along with VLUX smart lighting fixtures that allows the owner to control all the light sources in the home. 

To fully maximise the floor space of this 4-bedder unit, a customised ceiling to floor shoe cabinet is built near the main door to create a foyer, giving the owner some privacy as well. Peeking past the foyer, you have a large dining area where we hacked away one of the rooms, extending the space to house a long and charming Suar wood table that could host a party of ten. The open kitchen is lined with dark wood cabinets and the laundry yard is kept out of view with an elegant frosted glass trackless door by Spacedor.

And when it comes to playing host, this home has its very own mini bar to take it up a notch! The built-in wall display shelf is designed to feature a collection of the owners’ treasured liquor, complete with back lit shelving units to give this space a nice glow. And below it, a premium quality mid-sized fridge and a wine chiller serve as the base of a spacious smooth white Vulcan bar countertop.

Keeping play at bay, a full featured wall is designed with a muted grey wood laminate that hides the doors that lead you into the master and guest bedrooms. This allows the owner to keep his personal spaces concealed through function and style. In the living room, the owner opted for a large projector screen that is mounted and flush against the wall, giving it a seamless look and feel. In a nutshell, this home is designed not just for form and function, but it is curated to emulate the characteristics of the person living in a place you call home.
